Should you not have your medical forms ready at the time of completing the online application, you will still have access to upload them up until the 9th September 2024.
Please save the Medical form, Orthopaedic form, and Declaration form each as separate PDF documents. This way, you will only need to submit a total of three PDF documents with your application.
Have your application photographs ready. Ensure that they are less than 2mb in size each.

These auditions are open to international applicants and applicants who are unable to travel to one of the available audition venues. You will be able to submit your digital audition before finalising your online application. Make sure you check the Digital Audition Guideline for more information.
Check the Application Checklist before filling out the online form.
Prepare PDFs of completed Medical, Orthopaedic, and Declaration forms if possible.
Allow enough time for the Medical and Orthopaedic forms to be completed by the relevant medical practitioners.
Photo sizes of 2MB or smaller and spec of (56x37mm)
Applicants under 18 years old must have their Medical, Orthopaedic and Declaration forms signed by a parent or guardian.
