The following organisations and individuals are valued supporters of the New Zealand School of Dance

Tertiary Education Commission (TEC) provides essential core funding for the New Zealand School of Dance.

Todd Corporation Ltd has provided the Todd Corporation Scholarship since 2000. This scholarship pays the first year's salary of one graduate from the New Zealand School of Dance to join the Royal New Zealand Ballet. Past recipients include Rebecca Tait, Rosemary Martin, Marysa Dalton, Hana Tipa, Adriana Harper, Paul Mathews, William Pratt, Rory Fairweather-Neylan and Kyle Wood.

The Asia New Zealand Foundation has contributed to the staging of Jo Funaki’s choreographed work RISE for NZSD Graduation Season 2013.

The James Wallace Arts Trust has contributed to the Still Dancing exhibition at The Pah in Auckland, 2013.

Fulbright New Zealand have assisted international guest tutors visiting the School.

The United States Embassy has contributed towards the staging of American works for NZSD Graduation Season, including works by Paul Taylor.

The Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands has contributed towards the staging of Dutch work for NZSD Graduation Season, including works by Jiri Kylian.

The Australian High Commission has contributed towards the staging of Australian work for NZSD Graduation Season.

The Infinity Foundation has contributed towards the staging of NZSD Graduation Season.

The Lion Foundation has contributed towards the staging of NZSD Graduation Season.

Wellington City Council has assisted the NZSD in providing the Tu Move programme for young Maori and Pacific Island dancers. The Council also contributed towards the 'Still Dancing Exhibition', featured at the New Zealand Portrait Gallery in November 2012.

The Willscott Endowment Fund, administered by the Nikau Foundation, has contributed towards NZSD Graduation Season for a number of years.

Wellington Community Trust has funded equipment for NZSD performances.

The Four Winds Foundation has contributed towards the staging of NZSD Choreographic Season.

The Performing Arts Foundation of Wellington (PAFW) provides valuable support for the arts in Wellington. The Foundation has contributed to NZSD Choreographic Season for a number of years and contributed towards the 'Still Dancing Exhibition'.

The Dorothy Daniels Dance Foundation has contributed towards the 'Still Dancing Exhibition'.

The Pelorus Trust has contributed towards the staging of NZSD Choreographic Season.

DANZ (Dance Aotearoa New Zealand) has assisted the NZSD to provide a number of programmes and masterclasses.

NZ Community Post has provided support for the NZSD.

SCHOLARSHIPS

Scholarship providers support students to attend the New Zealand School of Dance by contributing to tuition costs.

The Deane Endowment Trust and the Tracey and Marjorie Simpson Memorial Trust provided scholarship support for New Zealand School of Dance students in 2012.
